Monitoring - MAXIMUM SECURITY

Back to base alarm monitoring has always been the preferred method of acting on an alarm condition for the commercial sector. Recently home owners have been realising the importance of having their security system monitored.

Control room staff are on hand 24 hours a day to act as required, if and when your system transmits a signal requiring action. We use an Australian owned and operated control room with the highest grading available (A1).

Signals sent by your system are not only intrusion alerts. Monitored security systems also transmit signals for power failure, low battery, system tamper, panic alarm, medical alarm, smoke detectors operating etc.

Commercial systems send signals for "system armed" and "system disarmed". The control room can alert you if your system has passed it's usual "armed" time, or has been disarmed outside of your agreed hours.

Customising how your system is monitored and what actions are taken for different events is entirely in your control.

There are several methods of transmitting signals to the control room, each having its' own benefit and security level. Please contact us for a detailed explanation.
